A. Nature of Service

AdiosSalary is an entertainment and self-reflection tool that uses AI to generate a personalized "Freedom Score," an "AI Exit Letter," and an "Escape Blueprint" based on answers you provide. It is not financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, career counseling, or a guarantee of any outcome. All content is generated for illustrative and entertainment purposes only.

B. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Nothing produced by AdiosSalary should be relied upon to make actual financial, employment, legal, or tax decisions. Figures, timelines, income projections, and "scores" are illustrative outputs generated by an AI model from the answers you provide — they are not calculated by a licensed financial professional and are not a substitute for one. Before making any significant financial or career decision, consult a qualified, licensed professional.

C. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Delaware. Users waive their right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

D. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdiosSalary shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any financial decision made in reliance on generated content. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

E. Digital Products & Refunds

The Freedom Score is free. The AI Exit Letter ($2.99) and Escape Blueprint ($4.99) are one-time purchases that generate a unique, personalized digital result at the moment of payment. Because each result is generated specifically for you and delivered instantly, all sales are final once content has been generated. If a payment succeeded but no content was delivered due to a technical error, contact hello@adiossalary.com for a resolution.

F. Content Ownership

• Your Answers: You retain ownership of the information you submit.
• AI Output: You receive a non-exclusive license to use, save, and share your generated Score, Letter, and Blueprint for personal, lawful purposes.

G. Affiliate Disclosure

The Escape Blueprint's "Escape Arsenal" section may include affiliate links to third-party products and services. AdiosSalary may earn a commission if you make a purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you. Inclusion of a link is not an endorsement of that product's suitability for your specific situation.

A. What We Collect

Your quiz answers (income bracket, savings range, and similar selections, plus one short free-text answer) are sent to our server solely to generate your personalized results, and are not linked to your name or email — AdiosSalary does not require an account. Your answers are stored only in your own browser (localStorage), not in a database on our end.

B. Payment Data

Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. AdiosSalary never receives or stores your card details. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, to unlock the corresponding content.

C. Data Retention

We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16 years of age. Quiz answers processed for AI generation are not retained by us beyond what's needed to serve the request.

A. Generated, Not Human-Reviewed

Every Freedom Score, AI Exit Letter, and Escape Blueprint is generated algorithmically by an AI model in response to your specific answers. No human reviews or verifies individual results before they're delivered. Outputs may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as factual or professional advice.
